Local e hotel maravilhoso! Quartos espaçosos e limpos, café da manhã excelente, a la carte muito bom, preços justos e qualidade. Fomos bem atendidos pela equipe, Lucas, Evanildo, Carlos, pessoal da limpeza, recreação, recepção foram impecáveis. Ambiente alegre e descontraído. Pode descansar e relaxar, ou uma festas com amigos e familiares. Agradeço a toda equipe, foi maravilhoso, e retornaremos.

Boa localização, ambiente bem agradável, recepção simpática e prestativa, café da manhã farto e variado, preços de mercado local, área da piscina e bem atraente e com água aquecida, restaurante amplo e aconchegante o estacionamento é um pouco apertado mas no dia de nossa hospedagem foi suficiente.

O hotel é muito bom, porém já é a segunda vez que me hospedo e está em reforma, estavam trocando o carpete dos corredores e o cheiro de cola estava terrível, de dar dor de cabeça, e eu com uma criança de 1 ano e não tiveram o cuidado de nos colocar em um quarto afastado da reforma.

Tive duas experiências com o monthez. Nas duas oportunidades, a experiência de hospedagem foi boa, quartos organizados, cafe da manhã muito bom e funcionários disponíveis. O que deixou a desejar foi o restaurante na parte da noite. Tivemos vários problemas com demora ou pratos vindo errado, demora de bebidas, cobrança indevida,etc.Acredito que a administração poderia dar uma atenção especial a isso.

Welcoming Hotel. Great construction, with friendly staff, especially the receptionist Aline and recreation team (uncles barriga, catatau, maionese e Chico). Warm pool, crowded place with good restaurant at amazing landscape. It has an ample parking and easy access.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente. Piscina externa aquecida, limpeza dos quartos impecável. Ponto negativo foi a recepção, pois reservamos o hotel pelo WhatsApp com a devida confirmação do valor. Porém, no checking a recepcionista nos passou outro valor é ainda fez um discurso desnecessário de que manteria o valor ofertado no momento da reserva como “cortesia”. Falei que não tinha nada de cortesia, pois a oferta vincula.

Me hospedei no Monthez por dois anos seguidos. A primeira vez foi tão bom que resolvi voltar. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos, a cama confortável. A vista do restaurante do hotel é maravilhosa. E a piscina? Aquecida, na temperatura certa. Super bem cuidada. Quem gosta de praticar esportes também vai gostar das quadras. A academia é funcional também. Eu me diverti no salão de jogos que é equipado com ping pong, pebolin, sinuca e mais um (não sei o nome). Estacionamento gratuito. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e cordiais. Pretendo voltar novamente.
