We spent our wonderful trip at Brussels with this hotel with superb memories. we sleep soundly since hotel room is cozy and enjoying the atmosphere of the city happening each and every night.
Hotel is few km away from grand place, the staffs are friendly and greets us with kind words in notes and welcoming cookies. we feel delighted staying comfortably with this hotel.
We shall recommend to everyone whoever is coming to Brussels to stay at this Novotel hotel. we love this hotel and we shall be back with no time.

Location is superb! Just a few minutes walk can reach to most of the attractions in Brussel. There are so many restaurants nearby too! I love the locations, yet it could be quite noisy as we stayed on level 1. We can hear the public laugh and talk downstairs.
Will be better to request for upper level.
The room is quite spacious as well. It’s a nice stay for us! The staffs are quite helpful and friendly in general.

I really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is a just a few steps from both the Grand Place and the train station. Great if you are traveling by train. Still the room (very nice) was quiet. The room was large and with storage space and shelves, not like in some new style minimalistic hotels. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff very nice

Location is nearby Brussels Centraal, easy to access buses and train.. also nearby Tha Grand Off Place. Many eateries too.
