Terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Moquette was in apalling dirty state. Room was very cold 18° during winter despite radiator turned on to the maximum. The air conditioner on the ceiling was blowing cold air despite the thermostat being turned on to maximum heat. Can hear water flow being drained from showers/toilets of other rooms.
Good thing was the location. Can’t beat that.

The staff provided good service, especially at the restaurant in the morning. However, the carpet in the room was quite dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been changed for a long time. The mattress was okay and comfortable enough, and the bathroom was fine. The only downside was the dirty carpet, which made the whole room look unclean. The breakfast was decent — not very diverse, but it included the main items that should be there.

Super close to Grand Palace Square, all restaurants and the metro station Bourse/Beur. Very generous all you can eat breakfast, very good hotel indeed!

Good location but difficult to go hotel by taxi . close to all tourist places and Central training station by walking . But Hotel quite old and close to restaurant which may noisy during night time .
