I don't know why but there are some rooms in this hotel which require the guests to walk up from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor, which is ridiculous as we were carrying a big suitcase.
After that, the room smells awful. There are some issues with the pipes of the toilet and you can smell poo from other rooms probably which is extremely bad. We asked them to fix to issue and they used bleach, but then on the other day we smell something bad from the toilet again. This is unacceptable.
Then, the bed is dirty with many brown small bits on the bed. The bedside round table has a lot of stains.
Although the location is convenient this hotel is one of the worst hotel I have ever lived in hygiene.

Our room was at a loud corner of the hotel. Staff not all very friendly (one very friendly and the others not really)
