It was great, the location is near the metro,the staffs are great too even if I booked last minute and arrived past 12mid.
They free coffee,teas and water refilling station❤️

We stayed at Citadines Sainte-Catherine Brussels for 2 nights. The location is definitely a plus – it’s convenient and within walking distance to many sights in Brussels. However, we were quite surprised to learn that there’s no cleaning service or towel replacement for short stays under 6 days. This made things a bit uncomfortable, especially when traveling with family.
We booked a studio apartment for 4 people. While the main bed was okay, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. We also didn’t take the breakfast option, so can’t comment on that. Overall, a decent stay for the location, but some of the amenities and comfort could definitely be improved.

The location is excellent. Next to Metro, lots of restaurants nearby and close to most tourist sites. Love the free coffee/ tea available all day. Only downside is it's a bit dated

Location is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this.

We stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.
