This was the cutest and coziest hotel I have ever stayed in! The room is tiny & the shower is right in the middle of the room with clear glass, but since it was just me and my partner that was not an issue. The toilet is in its own private room. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful & kind during our stay. It does get quite loud at night as the hotel stands right above a busy street w/ bars & restaurants, but that did not bother me whatsoever. The location was perfect as it’s a quick walk to every spot in Brussels essentially. If I ever return to Brussels I will be sure to book at this hotel again, it was truly the best hotel I’ve stayed in. HIGHLY recommend.

Отличный отель в самом центре города, в пешей доступности от всех главных достопримечательностей. Очень уютный и теплый (мы были в декабре) номер, удобная кровать, хороший напор горячей воды. Есть лифт, на 4м этаже окно на крыше, мне нравятся такие. Вкусный и разнообразный континентальный завтрак. Вежливый персонал, готовый решить любой вопрос. Единственное, вход не сразу нашли - необходимо пройти через ресторан Dandy Bar& Kitchen. Рекомендую!

We spent a night having travelled to Brussels to watch our team in a Champions League game. We arrived early in Brussels and the hotel were great in facilitating an early check in so that we could go out and enjoy the city before the game. Location is perfect, with all of the central bars and restaurants close by and the bar adjoining the hotel was great too. Rooms were excellent, especially for the price. Best of all was the friendly and helpful service. The guy on reception was superb and treat us so well - a great trip and highly recommended.

Ok so this hotel has the bathtub/shower literally in the small bedroom and we actually got the bed wet when the water hit my shoulder in the wrong direction. And there is no wall so it's a bed and a bathtub/shower in same space. Omg.
And to make matters worse it is on top of a bar that will pound your room till way after midnight. How anyone gives this place more than one star we are amazed. Worst hotel in kastbtheee years in Europe for us. We missed the ball when we reserved for one night luckily

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an area that is amongst a lot of great restaurants and bars. It is within walking distances of the shopping areas and transport links. I would definitely stay here again.

An absolute disaster
If you are thinking of booking this place and the price looks too good, please know that IT IS. You will regret staying here unless you are a 20 something friend of one of the club promoters downstairs. The hotel is a design disaster with walls and carpet in shambles. The worst part is the thumping music and smoke that billows up till 3am from the bar downstairs. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
