Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car équipé d'un SPA. Finalement le jacuzzi n'était pas utilisable car trop froid, vraiment dommage. Sinon en arrivant dans la chambre il faisait 16° et il manquait les serviettes pour une personne. C'est regrettable car à côté de cela le personnel était très sympathique, la chambre agréable et le petit déjeuner top. Peut être sommes nous tombés au mauvais moment.

A conseiller, de l'accueil à la qualité du sommeil. Une zone réservée près du salon avec fauteuil massant et massage des pieds est un vrai plus après une journée exténuante . Au petit déjeuner manquent un peu de gourmandises et produits végétariens et sans gluten.

No he llegado a ir, realice una reserva porque encontre un precio muy bueno, y anule otro hotel que tenia porque este me parecia mejor. Cual es mi sorpresa que al dia siguiente me mandan un mensaje de que hubo un error informatico y que si queria la habitacion tenia que pagar mas del triple y que si no me la cancelaban. Y como no al dia siguiente me mandan un mensaje de que me han cancelado la reserva. Ahora si quiero volver a reservar el hotel que tenia en un principio ya no quedan habitaciones Es una verguenza que una cadena como esta, si han tenido un error informatico pues lo arreglan y ya esta, pero las reservas que se hayan realizado tendrian que mantenerlas, aunque sea solo por mantener la reputacion Pero ya veo que no les importa, prefieren el dinerito y decepcionar al cliente

Super séjour lors de des Geekdays. Emplacement parfait a quelques mètres du parc des expositions. Très belle chambre, très cocooning, Fauteuils massants a l entrée. Possibilité de privatiser la piscine .
