Good location and the room is clean.

The location and staff were great. However, we stayed in the room with the fireplace, which we thought would be cozy. It had lots of room, but the room STANK all the time like a smokey forest fire. It was hard to deal with, despite opening the windows as much as possible. All our clothing and gear ended up smelling like smoke too. So a nice place, but just avoid the fireplace room!

Details are misleading on ******* which I trusted initially, the name mentions resort, and pics shows individual cabins with 2 restaurants in the property, but it is just a motel and the real restaurant is closed for good. The hot breakfast was toasted bread with butter, cereal and apple, I trusted ******* for details and got truly disappointed.

Location is great, just min from Bryce Cyn. Room was big. Just needed a place to stay for the night. Very quiet; it looked empty.

Our stay was ok. We had the suite right behind the office and it had a fire place. The hotel is dated as others have said and with the resort fee which is unnecessary at this time of year (everything was closed) the rate was a bit high for what you get.
Breakfast was yogurt, toast, apples and cereal.
This is a very basic stay and the rates should coincide with that. There are much nicer places to stay closer to Bryce Canyon for less at this time of year. I’ve stayed in really basic places so I’m all good with that but don’t expect to pay resort prices or resort fees for basic accommodations.
