We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our Bryce Canyon vacation. The people there were incredibly warm and personable. The room was clean and the food at the restaurant next door was just great. The price-performance ratio was right here. You can also book a horse ride there, which we can only recommend. The horseback ride into the Red Canyon was worth every dollar. Thank you for unforgettable moments.

Bryce Pines was okay for a 1 night stop if you're passing through or visiting Bryce Canyon but longer wouldn't be ideal. Check-in closes at 7, which was fine as they left the key and documents at reception for me but when I received an email telling me this it did put me in a tizz. When reception closes that's it. Nothing is open. Even the restaurant was closed and we weren't expecting that as the next sign of life is within the Canyon village itself. The room was clean but dated. The aircon/heater was very loud so we turned it off. The bed was comfy but sagged in the middle and felt much smaller than a normal queen size. We had an issue with the shower in the morning and couldn't figure how to turn it on but reception helped sort that out. But beware the shower is small, I'm only 5'7" and had to squat to fit underneath. There was no hairdryer in the room, I had to use the aircon to dry it. There was no kettle but there was a coffee machine but my partner said it came out a little murky. So all in all, it was okay for a pitstop but make sure you bring snacks.

Highlights of this review: No hot water, bad costumer service/unavailable after 9pm, unsecure doors/locks. We stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of March. We had hot water the first night, although it didn't get that hot and was on and off with colder water. The rest of the stay we had zero hot water. We were not notified about this or given any explanation and only received a 10% discount after complaint at checkout. On our second night here, we arrived to our room at 10pm to find our hotel door wide open. We attempted to contact front desk by ringing the doorbell for after hours support and no one ever came. In the morning after inquiring if there were cameras so we could see if someone had tried to break into our room, we were informed that our area of the hotel does not have security cameras and the locks on the doors are "old and need replacing," so front desk person thought maybe the wind blew the door open??? We did not feel safe here. We didn't get any reimbursement for any of our other complaints and the management did not respond to multiple attempts at communication. Thankfully the Sheriffs in this area were extremely helpful and kind humans.

Really nice lodge, was typical inside I really liked it. The walls are just really thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms..

Comfortable place offering good value and excellent service in a convenient location near the park entrance. Shower could use an upgrade, but does the job. Unfortunately, cable TV was out (provider problem) and restaurant closed for renovation at the time of our one-night stay, but neither was a deal-breaker. Would stay there again.

Stayed at this motel for one night while visiting Bryce Canyon. Motel is 10 minutes from the entrance to the park. Beds were comfortable, room very clean and shower had great water pressure. Previous review mentioned no TV but we had one. The on-site restaurant for dinner was great and really reasonably priced. For breakfast the closest restaurant is Rubys Best Western, 5 minutes down the road. Great motel well priced.
