Location is good. However, the water pressure is weak and the overall facilities are a bit disappointing.

It was the worst of the Sonobell branches. Among the hotel front desk staff, there is a clear difference between friendly and unfriendly staff. The karaoke room on the first floor seems to be run by a private business rather than a hotel employee, and the kindness of these people was also enough to cause discomfort. The hotel was already fully booked, so we stayed at a resort, but even if the ondol room was turned up to 35 degrees, we couldn't feel the warmth. Yes. Anyway, if you want to use Sonobell, go to another Sonobell. I won't be visiting again.

I stayed in a suite room. Amenities for children to play were good. Water park, car, etc. The children's level of water play facilities in the resort are the best.

The facility was clean and nice! Not inside the hotel haha The bedside light bulb went out and didn't turn on. There are no power outlets around the bed. The toilet flushes twice in a row by itself at 30-minute intervals. Late at night around 11? I told the front desk and an employee came up. It's a button I use often, so it might be because it's pressed. He said that he would fix the accessories in the toilet if he was too concerned. Late at night, we told each other that it would be too inconvenient, so we decided to sleep without the toilet outlet. Whether it's a light bulb, a toilet, or mechanically solving the problem Or I wish they paid attention to cleanliness. The location is really good and I want to go back again. Even though I went to the front desk and talked to him in person, he didn't say anything about his hair, so it was sad..haha In the shower, there was hair that was the length of the short hair I used before. It was so good~ I plan to go again next time. I think the beauty of the trip is getting better as the surrounding scenery and the night scenery are harmonized.

It was pretty good.. It was near the beach, so the night view was great and the facility was old, but it was well maintained and there were no major inconveniences.. I will come again next time.

I recommend it This is convenient because you can order food and if you go out right away, all facilities are available. If you want a room with a beautiful view, it is best to check in early.

Comfortable and beautiful

여러 모로 불편한게 자잘하게 많았어요 72m2패밀리방 예약했는데 입실할때부터 놀랐어요 퀸 사이즈 침대가 룸이 아닌 거실을 가득 채우고 쇼파도 없고 갑갑한 느낌;; 침대 옆에는 협탁이 있지만 폰 충전할 수 있는 콘센트도 침대 주위에 없어서 벙쪘었네요 TV 옆에 폰 충전 연결해놓고 아침 알람 울리면 폰으로 힘겹게 걸어가서 알람 껐어요 수건은 작은걸로 딱 4개 있었고 3박 묵는데 둘째날 아침 리필 문의하니 장당 5천원 추가 요금이라며 안내하는거 보고 어이가 없었고... 3박에 청소 룸서비스를 한번만 해주는게 맞는건가요? 방을 가장 안쪽 끝방을 배정받아서 쓰레기통을 아침마다 거의 100미터는걸어가서 직접 버리고 오면서 이게 리조트라 감수해야 맞는건가 싶었어요 체크아웃 전날 저녁 7시쯤 개인 사정으로 조기 퇴실 문의할때 마지막날 미이용 조식 환불 문의했는데 거부당했습니다 아니 이용도 못할 조식 전체를 꿀꺽하는게 맞나요 일부라도 안되냐고 재차 물어보니 일체 해줄 수 없다네요 좀 어이가 없었어요 조식 품질도 가격대비 영 .. -_- 솔직히 마지막날 7만원어치 버려도 아깝지 않은 수준 그냥 환불 포기하고 감니더 ㅃㅃ 정내미 떨어지고 있는 와중에 마지막에는 그리마까지 나옴 ㅗㅜㅑ 대명 소노로 바뀌기 전부터 1년에 한번씩은 이용했었는데 이제 다신 이용 안합니다 빠잉~~

집같이 편안한 느낌을 주는 숙소였습니다. 깨끗하고 뷰도 좋았고 바닷가 산책하기도 좋고 대만족이었습니다. 침구관리도 잘 되어 있구요.

노후얘기는 많으니 패스 타올이 없었고 베드에 머리카락이 있어서 요청했어요 렌지 후드소리가 24시간 들려서 소음공해에 시달렸고 실내온도가 너무 높아서 더위타는 사람은 힘들어했어요 온도를 낮춰도 큰 효과는 없었어요 2일간 조식 이용했는데 메뉴가 1가지 달라지네요 콩나물무침에서 오뎅볶음으로 ㅋ

오래되서 좀 낡은 느낌이지만 위치가 너무 좋아요 가족여행하기 최고의 장소이고 시간내서 바로 아래 연결된 격포항 일몰은 꼭 감상 하면 좋을듯~ 최고입니다

위치와 조망도 좋고 침구류와 조식도 좋았어요. 저녁노을도 볼수 있었고 베란다창문을 살짝 열어 놨더니 파도소리도 들리네요. 근처 마실길도 강력히 추천합니다.

두달전에 예약해서 방문했습니다. 체크인순번이 9번이였고 주문자이름 얘기하고 주문번호까지줬는데 상당히 오래확인을 하더라구요? 그래서 예약이 잘못된건가 싶었네요 한5분을 체크인했습니다 오션뷰방이 아니여서 추가금액22.000원 결제하고 바꿀수있냐고 했는데 퉁명스럽게 무조건 없다고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 뭔가 기분안좋은일이 있으신건지~ 어른들도있고해서 그냥 넘어갔는데 아무리생각해도 순번도 빨랐고 추가금액을 내면 700개가 넘는방중에 오션뷰방이 가능할꺼같아서 다시내려가서 여자분께 문의했는데 방이 있다고 하더라구요 없던방이 30분 사이에 생기고 자세하게 설명도 해주시더라구요 다른타입의 방이고 한층내려오시고 추가금액하면 바꿀수있다고 그냥 또 짐옴기고 그러기 귀찮아서 말았는데 조금만더 설명을 해주시면 어떨까싶었네요 여러지역 이용했는데 두번째방문이지만 기분좋지않았어용 그리고 노후되서 그런건 이해하지만 청소가 보이는곳만 하는거같았어요 방에 커튼걷는데 먼지가 .. 심각하고 창문은 너무 드러워서 창가쪽 침대쓰기가 싫었어요 선셋직원분들은 너무 친절하시고 이쁜 노을도 보고왔어요
