El mejor hotel de Bucaramanga, confort, comodidad, seguridad. El desayuno perfecto. Lo mejor de todo es que sales del ascensor por el piso 5 directamente al centro comercial

The rooms have good facilities. I was a little surprised that there was no liquid body soap or shampoo for a room of 4 guests. Another thing that seemed uncomfortable to me was the capacity of the restaurant, since you have to wait in line to get in since it has a very limited space for the number of guests it has. Now the lobby, the restaurant, the pool and the gym are all on the same floor (level 7).
