I really enjoyed the stay, the staff is really accommodating, they helped doing the checking earlier as I was traveling with an older person. As well as helping with some special requests. Super friendly staff.

I booked through TRIP.COM and I canceled 2 nights, which, when I arrived at the hotel at midnight, they wanted to force me to cancel again because the platform had not canceled them. Despite having the information about the reservation and in this case having with me the number of the booking made by the same hotel, plus the transfer of the Credit Card, it was almost impossible to claim with the people at the Desk. I consider that the management and relations with the platforms are not the responsibility of the guest, so if they do not want a headache, IT IS NOT AN OPTION TO BOOK VIA THE WEB. It is important to point out that after almost 2 hours of claiming (at midnight when I arrived), I was allowed to enter after warning about the payment issue before leaving it, yes, they sent me perhaps to one of the worst rooms in the hotel (which I verified with the maids) the 413, for punishment???? for claiming something that I consider fair??? Anyway, it really hurts for the hotel chain that these things happen.....

es un lugar de tradición en la ciudad, sin embargo algunas cosas requieren un mantenimiento mayor (como el aire acondicionado) el servicio del personal fue excepecional, nos trataron muy muy bien

El hotel tiene oportunidades de mejora.
Las esquinas de la piscina están agrietadas y los azulejos son viejos y remendados.
Algunos de los meseros no están a la altura del tipo y status del hotel.
Los baños de las habitaciones pueden mejorar.

Muy bien ubicado, con ambientacion en los años 90’s , limpio y tranquilo, desayuno basico, habitaciones limpias, colchones, sabanas y almohadas muy basicas. El Wifi es bastante regular. Para trabajo imposible. El gimnasio funciona. No conoci otros servicios.
