Stayed one night - late booking due to flight cancellation. Very large room with a separate bedroom and kitchette - more like a mini suite. Lot of space for the price. Decor was a bit tired. Bed was comfortable but pillows rather firm and lumpy. Shower had warm rather than hot water. Resonable air con. Breakfast was OK. Small rooftop pool and gym although we didn't use. Surrounded by noisy bars although once bedroom door was shut didnt bother us too much. Was fine for short stay but probably wouldn't choose for longer term.

Magnífico hotel de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, con una excelente ubicación para el sitio al que iba a trabajar. Hermosas instalaciones, con una vista de la ciudad espectacular, cuenta con su restaurante bastante bonito (el blu) y con un muy buen menú, muy rico con buena ventilación en el último piso y con una ambientacion en la isla de Cuba en el que también está la piscina que aunque es pequeña se ve muy bien. La entrada es maravillosa, tiene parqueadero, gimnasio, spa y lo mejor es la atención del personal que siempre estuvo atento a todas las peticiones o necesidades.. Los cuartos son muy buenos con camas dobles, su baño,.televisión satelital, nevera con muy buenos productos, mesas de noche, aire acondicionado y clóset bastante amplio pero lo que más me llamó la atención es que tienen apartamentos amoblados en el mismo hotel con su cocina, habitaciones, sala, comedor para personas que van a estar allí por más tiempo. Es la opción número 1 para qued**** en Bucaramanga
