The front desk was very friendly and polite when we signed in. Our room was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. My kids enjoyed the free cookies at the checkout desk and the waffles for breakfast! Definitely staying here next time we are in town!

The room was clean. Lobby area was attractive and was available for groups to gather. The breakfast was adequate but not great. There was instant oatmeal but no microwave or microwavable bowls if one wanted to use the microwave in the room.

This hotel is close enough to the highway to be convenient, but far enough away that you're not buffeted by road noise. Everything was clean, the continental breakfast was good and overall it was a very enjoyable, restful stay. Five stars, would definitely recommend.

Excellent all around. Hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was quiet.The room and common areas were exceptionally clean. The room had adequate space with a mini fridge and microwave. There was an adequate amount of towels. In many places we both shower the first night and i have to catch housekeeping before we go out for the day so we have towels for the night when we come back from our event. Not at Cobblestone. Breakfast was great. There were so many selections for anyone's dietary needs so no one would fo hungry there for breakfast unless they are very very picky eaters. Many channels to chose something on tge tv which you often don't find at most hotels.If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

I was there on business and I asked for an extra 2 hours for late check out so I can finish this project I have a deadline on. The front desk said I can only have 1 hour, even though I was the ONLY guest at the hotel and they had no other bookings to take my room. So I had to take my computer and monitor and finish my project in the lobby. I have business in Dyersville as I travel for my job but they just lost my business because I’ll never stay at this, or another Cobblestone location again.

A fantastic hotel. Great people and breakfast. Just needs a pool. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Its very clean. Beds and pillows are excellent. Nice to have frig in room. Stayed at these several times and I have always been happy.

This was our second stay in the Manchester, IA Cobblestone Inn, and if ALL the locations are like this one, we will be lifelong customers! From ab easy, friendly reservation booking, yo a smooth check-in, we are happy! Our room was perect for a quick pet walk, the building was exceptionally clean and bright and all the little comforts of home made our stay perfect.We lived the warm cookies, ice water, homey sutting area, easy access to games and nooks, newspapers AND the laundry was reasonably priced. Staff were all fruenfly, effecient and the breakfast was great, especially the crisp bacon. Definitely will share our experience.
