I had no choice but to change my reservation to a hotel 3km away from here in the middle of the night, but the hotel refused to refund the room fee for the remaining few days, even if it gave in and said it would deduct an extra day. Ctrip also did nothing. If your itinerary changes, non-refund is acceptable, but the hotel is obviously too bad, do you still force the customer to stay?
