We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel in Budapest. The hotel is very clean and well-organized, and the staff is attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The central location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

It’s didn’t start as well as I expected because after paying extra to check in early I had some unexpected encounter however it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.
Ultimately it was a great experience staying here.

攜程的酒店廣告宣傳封面對遊客有誤導！我附的圖片左邊那張，給人感覺酒店的房間可以看到摩天輪和布達城堡（夜景很美），但check in的時候問了前台，這家酒店沒有房間是可以看到布達城堡的，衹有城景。房間是預訂後就不能退的，我們反覆和酒店商量，結果就是不讓我們退。所以提醒後面入住的朋友，如果想在房間裏看多瑙河夜景，看布達城堡亮燈，千萬不要訂這家酒店！同時希望攜程能有所改進，不要對遊客有誤導！

說是新裝修，吹風機插不進去，在過道用又是壞的，沒有服務，扣押金3萬，現在還沒有返還，大廳沒有氷，就是太商業化，也沒有熱水器，排行第三有點失望
