This hotel feels really upscale! They offer free coffee and water in the lobby, which is great for relaxing after coming back. There are separate guest reception areas and even a piano. The service is very thoughtful, and the welcome ceremony is a nice touch. They even give you a thank-you gift if you stay again. I absolutely love this place! The breakfast is also plentiful and has a wonderful charm to it.

Amazing from beginning to the end. Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Europe. The rooms are so spacious, and nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. Very good breakfast. Sauna and a small gym is a bonus. Would highly recommend.

The location is super convenient. The hotel facilities are complete, and the rooms are beautiful. The Western breakfast is plentiful with a great variety. The lobby also has coffee, tea, and a hot water dispenser, which is very thoughtful and convenient. Thumbs up! 👍

A centrally located decent hotel with outstanding amenities. Cleanliness: clean and spotless (not so for my coffee machine but not a big deal as I didn’t use it) Room: nice room, with a lot of seating area, which is a major plus! There are some unobvious parts which are a bit dated, like the tiles on the shower, but not a major issue Location: very central, walking distance to most of the attractions, Budapest Opera House is just behind it, while Danube River is just 10 mins away! Amenities: outstanding! Lounge area on the ground floor offers free coffee and chocolate with snacks 24/7, a heated drying rack in the bathroom for drying your wet clothes, and a few wall hooks for coats when you enter the room! Breakfast: good choice of selections

What a wonderful treat it was to stay at this amazing hotel. The location couldn’t be any better, so safe and classy!! The reception staff and breakfast staff was amazing. Not too thrilled about the breakfast. Could add some variety that caters various cultures. Overall outstanding hotel. I’m certainly coming back to stay here when I’m in Budapest the next time! Highly highly recommended!

Great stay we had. Easy to locate in the midst of the main street. Food and restaurants were available anywhere and everywhere. Very near to all the attractions as well!
