酒店一切都非常合理，早餐雖然選擇不多但選食材很好，味道不錯。
服務有待提高，我們七點多到check-in寄存行李後，下午兩點回到酒店，前台説要等到三點，因此我告知前台我們在旁邊沙發坐，房間好了請告知我們。兩點半至三點期間一直有接待入住，三點後我見沒人告知便以為房間未ready，直到三點二十分左右我到前台詢問發現房間一早就好了，但他們並未告知我。等候區的沙發就在前台正前方不到兩米，他們一直都注意到我們卻未曾通知。

We booked the deluxe room but got an upgrade to junior suite. The room was very spacious and clean. it is a quiet and comfortable place to stay. the staff was very friendly. breakfast was ok but a bit pricey for what it is. overall i can recoomend this hotel.

Location is not exactly in the heart of the city, but it is not far away. Very clean and I personally love the facility and design of the hotel, the cherry on top is the heart warming service, overall definitely worth the price if you want a comfy and classy place to stay it's the one, but if you want a room with river view, maybe go with Intercontinental or marriot but their appearance does not look to nice

Very friendly and helpful staff. They offered us a complimentary upgrade. Great facilities at the hotel, including billiard and gym room for free. The room was spacious, the bathroom was gigantic. The toiletries they offered are from penhaligons. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of choices. A very exceptional experience. Will definitely come back.
