It took my money they rip people off never stay there they stole my money trip.com they are unprofessional they are racist the app is screwed up and the customer service sucks I never stayed at this hotel and they took my money they stole my money and they won’t refund it back arguing over the phone how can they take your money is one of trump business they take your money and on your card I never stay in this place it run by White supremacists

Great customer service very friendly staff I really enjoy the rooms very clean the beds also very comfortable. Parking is also great. There’s not any criminal activity, safe environment for the whole family ! I will definitely come back for another stay at best host inn . Great job !

BEFORE YOU MAKE PLANS TO GO HERE DO YOUSELF ONE FAVOR. There is a reason why this place has a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Call the hotel. Ask for the Managers name then ask to speak with him. After they give you his fake name they will be very vague on when he works and it's only for 1 or 2 hours a day. On top of that he is the ONLY manager that works there. I could tell you all the things that went wrong on my stay but there are hundreds of bad reviews you can see how poorly best host inn is ran.

Horrible experience the people next to me was drinking and having a party all night long people coming in and out I told the front office and they did not do anything about it they was rude and got irritated with me because I called them to let them know My kids cannot sleep I cannot sleep there was pounding on the walls all night with loud music
