Ladies at the registration desk were very nice .
I will not stay there again room and Hotel building are old, run down , dirty and looks like they renting room for people to live there.
Our shower was dirty, there was a desk and chair in our room that looked like they got from the trash. It was so horrible I put one of room towels on it so I could it. Aldo did the same to the sofa chair in the room.
Would not recommend ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The ice machine was down the whole weekend and the spa was colder than the pool. We stayed there because of them having a spa and that was disappointing to not get to use it.

Staff is awesome place is clean and nice. Beds and blankets are beautiful and relaxing plush and i loved it.
They provide waffles coffee orange juice bagels toast hot and cold cereal and the price is the same as the others that give less. Maids service if needed

The walls were maybe made of paper? They were so thin you could hear everything your neighbors were doing. The walls were dirty, the couch looked like you wouldn't want to sit on it, the toilet barely flushed, the water pressure was bad. I would never stay here again.
However, the location was good and the little interaction we had with the staff was good, too.

Bathtubs horrible. No internet as stated. Breakfast so so. Male desk clerk absent most of the time. Would not give room receipt

Trash overflowing on ground and around trash cans. Noisy. Looked nice until you walk the property. Especially by the pool area. I think people are living here. Clothes hanging outside.

Very low shower pressure due to some weird outlet on the bottom of the tub spout. Furniture looked pretty old and worn, but the lobby was absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredibly nice and polite, and their proximity to things to do in the area is perfect
