Amazing location, we loved morning walks with coffee to the river and ease of getting to downtown BV (short 2 minute drive). A few coffee shops and restaurants within stumbling distance within the South Main neighborhood. The house itself was clean, very comfortable and Gino was a great host. Thanks for good times, just what our family needed. Would definitely book again.

Kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Hot tub was nice and the string lights were a lovely touch. So happy we could walk to everything. My only recommendation is to add a couple throw blankets to the couch, but otherwise we loved our stay!

BV Wedding My husband and I and a dear friend stayed in the house during our son’s wedding week. It was perfect for us—great location near the Surf Hotel and river, clean, roomy bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen. Very happy.

Monarch Ski Trip Great location, great restaurants within walking distance, great hiking along Arkansas River. The property was clean, and well stocked: we would definitely stay here again. The Hot Tub worked perfect and was very nice- this was a hit with the kids.

Perfect Location We spent a week for a family wedding and found this to be a very comfortable, well equiped home away from home. you are steps away from the Eddyline Brewery and a short walk to hiking trails around the Arkansas River. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was perfect after a day of biking and hiking. Because you are on the main street you can expect some traffic noise into the evening if you are a light sleeper. Thank you for our hosts for being so prompt and attentive!
