The heater in our room didn't work and neither did the fan. The gas fireplace smelled like natural gas when it was running.

Very nice cottage. Love the lobby and it's eclectic look. Had some trouble with internet going in and out and made it hard to watch tv. Also coffee Nespresso machine didn't work well. It wouldn't stop at the level of cup you press. Next to all that it was a beautiful hotel. Would love to come in summer.

I stayed here during a work trip and also for one of their concerts in the ballroom. I had one of the queen chateau rooms and found it to be very charming and comfortable. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of entertainment on the TV. You can hear noises outside of the windows pretty easily but a little white noise helped out. I will happily stay here again when I'm in the area.
