Het hotel ligt erg afgelegen . Geen restaurantjes of winkels in de buurt, daardoor taxikosten erg hoog.

Agradezco la atención del personal en especial a Laura Correa. Decoración exquisita también la comida muy buena.las piscinas me han sorprendido su limpieza y sobre todo la de agua salada pegada al mar .Lo recomiendo en todos los aspectos un diez.

El personal es excelente, muy atento y amable. El Hotel está en un entorno inmejorable de la isla, es tranquilo y relajante. Los detalles florales son maravillosos. La habitación es muy amplia y está perfectamente equipada. Es perfecto para disfrutar de una escapada.

Hotel is located comfortably beside the golf couse with magnificent views. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Buffet breakfast and dinner works well. Fine gourmet restaurant Salazar is good and the staff especially good. Room was very spacy, bed is a bit on the hard side and bathroom and shower are very good. Noice insulation between the rooms is very weak and we were unlucky to have noisy neighbours. Overall very enjoyable week at the Hacienda.

Este hotel es precioso, tranquilo, pacífico. Con una infraestructura y decoración típica canaria, te sumerge e hipnotiza en un aura de bienestar y relajación absolutas. El staff es sin duda muy hospitalario y es que sólo tienen sonrisas para sus huéspedes. Claire, Laura, Jorge y Javier en la recepción, Rubén y Daniel como botones, Beatriz en el pool-bar, solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento por haber hecho mi estancia en Hacienda del Conde aun mejor si cabe. Lo he disfrutado muchísimo y sin duda siempre, siempre, siempre Hacienda del Conde será para mi el mejor hotel en la isla.

I am staying here at the moment. This hotel is fabulous in all respects. The staff are wonderful, cheerful and helpful, the buildings and gardens are kept immaculate and the food is delicious. If you are a golfer then the hotel is ideally located. We were here to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, the wonderful spa and the hotel facilities including the gym. If you are looking for lively nightlife then this is not for you but if you seek lush stunning scenery, a tranquil atmosphere and a relaxing holiday then this hotel has it all. We shall return!

Eine unglaubliche Anlage. Wir hatten eine Suite. Meerblick vorne. Auf der anderen Seite die Berge. Personal in allen Bereichen kompetent. Nichts war zu viel. Immer lösungsorientiert. Freundlich. Herausragend! Frühstück wurde komplett serviert. Von 8 mal, war es zweimal ziemlich langsam. Komplette Auswahl. Super Abendessen, komplett serviert. Top Auswahl, Weine überall gut. Spa sehr gut. Zimmerservice sehr gut Ich kann so weiter machen….
