ホテルの目の前の景色がとてもよく、スタッフの気遣いとサービスは最高でした。清潔で、気持ちの良い部屋です。シャワーもきちんと熱いお湯が出ます。予約した部屋がシステム上の問題でダウングレードしましたが、その件も迅速に伝えてくれてエクスペディアが、クーポンで補填してくれました。総じて大満足でした。
