Thank you Jessica as she was amazing with letting me check in early, recommendations and advice. She was also able to sort a taxi transfer. Communication was great and the accommodation was very clean, had all the amenities and a comfortable bed.

Apesar de novo, faltam itens básicos. Como não tem portaria no prédio, você tem que conseguir acesso mediante chave. Tivemos que ficar 1hora na calçada esperando. A noite inteira tem um barulho de água passando por cano (atrás da geladeira, então pode ser ela tb), que não deixa dormir direito. A televisão fica muito baixa, o que não deixa que se consiga assistir na cama. São itens fáceis de arrumar, mas que precisam de solução para que seja viável usar o local.

Everything was excellent, except that it was a hassle to contact **** someone to check-in. We practically had to track down the WhatsApp number of the person who was supposed to assist us. It wasn't the one in the confirmation email. On top of that, you check in from 2:00 p.m., but the opening hours of that WhatsApp are from 5:00 p.m. We had to wander around until they contacted us to give us instructions.
