Nice & tidy hotel with beautiful location close to all sightseeing points !!! Friendly staff !!! Remark : The room is not the spacious ( 30m2) like in overview . Max.20m2 most probably even less.

I went to a conference at the Hilton Hotel in Puerto Madero, and to save money I preferred to stay in a hotel that was nearby, but it was a very bad decision. In this extremely basic "PLENO MADERO" hotel to be considered a 4-star hotel, the room was left unclean**** during the day, when we arrived the bathrooms were still dirty, the towels were damp and the beds were not made. The TV never worked, it turned off after 30 seconds of turning it on. Everything was notified to the staff (cleaning and the receptionist), because there is no one else as they explained to us, but however they never solved the problems. We are still waiting for them to give us financial compensation in exchange, the truth is I would not return even if they gave me the stay as a gift.

Overall it was a decent stay. Please note that there is no gym. Breakfast is pretty decent with choices. Only negative experience was a fire alarm wake up at 5 am in the morning. Hotel was apologetic but need to check censors to avoid future experiences like these. Location was good for what I needed.

The service was good, as well as the property itself. Breakfast was very good and staff were very polite. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is that I got a room connecting with another one. Although the connecting door was locked, one could hear everything that was going on at the other side. This was particularly unpleasant because, even if the people in the other room were not extremely noisy, I could hear everything that they were saying and doing, and I could not sleep.

Extremely clean hotel, new furniture, comfortable, organized. Very attentive staff. Good breakfast and fantastic breakfast staff. Very well located hotel. We did several things walking due to its location.
