I am very satisfied with the hotel environment, location and service attitude. I have stayed at Hilton hotels in many different places and my experience is that this is a good Hilton hotel. I recommend it! The hotel has a good location and is convenient to go anywhere.

I was very satisfied because I could walk to major tourist attractions, including the Woman's Bridge, and there were riverside roads nearby. I was satisfied in all aspects, including spacious rooms and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is big enough and the equipment is good. But the service was rather stiff. We booked a room on the Nansen cruise ship for the next day. Two guests shared a room, but they were given a double bed room. Two strangers couldn't sleep there. After long negotiations, we still couldn't resolve the issue, so we ended up patching up a quilt and sleeping on the sofa! In addition, the team arrived at the hotel after one o'clock in the evening, and they had to queue up at the front desk to check in one by one. They could not prepare their room cards in advance and check in directly!
We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel on our return trip from the Antarctic cruise. When we arrived at the front desk, our key cards were all ready, which was very convenient!

Hilton couldn't have looked after us better, they arranged pick up from the airport and having just got off a 14 hour flight made our room available to us at 8:30 am! A welcome catch up nap then saw us ready for the day. The hotel was excellently placed for wandering the vibrant dock area and we visited a super restaurant in the evening. After a great nights sleep and a super breakfast we left for the next step of our holiday. We would definitely use them again.
