Great city central location: delightful sitting spot to wait with wine; nice bar; amazing breakfast. Easy multiple night stay.

Room was not ready at 3pm when we arrived despite checking in online. The room allocated online had been given to someone else ( why bother with online check in if the room is not ready or not the room allocated)
It took a further 105 minutes and asking twice before it was ready. We had to ask for another room to be given to us as we had been traveling 24 hours and were tired. No proactive action taken.
Manager blamed their IT and made lame excuses
The room and breakfast were good. And the receptionist on check out day was so much better.
The location of the hotel is it’s best asset.

Tomas y Carolina fueron excelentes ! Recomiendo mucho el servicio y la atención del hotel. Está muy bien ubicado. La habitació está bien aunque es pequeña. El desayuno excelente. Mi hija no puede comer gluten y le prepararon comida especial.

Staff friendly and responsive.
Breakfast fantastic. Bar extremely poor.
With so many great wines in Argentina it was a shocking negative surprise the lack of a couple of decent wines.

Hotel room had a lot of maintenance issues - door handle in bathroom kept falling off, the wardrobe door would not close, the sink had no plug. The room was small even though a superior room. There was very little hanging space. The coffee machine has 1 coffee pod provided (for 2 people for 3 days) - after that you can order the pods at $2 each! Some staff were friendly others not. Coffee at breakfast tasted burnt. Breakfast buffet was good and you could order omelettes.
