NH Collection Buenos Aires Crillon

The area is excellent ! Beautiful and nice for walking.

Staff friendly and responsive. Breakfast fantastic. Bar extremely poor. With so many great wines in Argentina it was a shocking negative surprise the lack of a couple of decent wines.

Hotel room had a lot of maintenance issues - door handle in bathroom kept falling off, the wardrobe door would not close, the sink had no plug. The room was small even though a superior room. There was very little hanging space. The coffee machine has 1 coffee pod provided (for 2 people for 3 days) - after that you can order the pods at $2 each! Some staff were friendly others not. Coffee at breakfast tasted burnt. Breakfast buffet was good and you could order omelettes.

We spent three nights, two full days in Buenos Aires NH Crillon. We had a booked privat daytrips for both days, (tight schedule) what I made here in Tripadvisor. Unfortunatelly first morning our guide did not show up, and after more message from the company they called the hotel let us know our trip is cancelled. So we were in trouble, it was impossible to book another daytrip for that day, we had no time, vehicle, guide etc... We were desperate how to do all the sightseeing in that day what was plenned originaly in BA. The two lovely receptionists overheard our conversations, Huilen and Antonio offered us a help. They made some phone calls, and magically last minute found us a privat driver who took us to all attractions in the City, and to the Delta of Tigre River for boat ride. We can not be appriciate enough to save our day, thank to them we had a wonderful hussle free first, and only day in Buenos Aires for sight seeing. Also, I have to mention that the location of the Hotel is very good. Highly recommended!
