위치도 관광과는 거리가 멈
다른 호텔에 비해 룸 크기와 룸 인테리어만 만족

Great experience, we stayed for 5 nights! This a cheaper luxury collection hotel option that is well worth the money. The property is well located, the staff is welcoming and the breakfast is amazing. I really loved the stay and the standard room is giant.

We arrived at the hotel and had to carry out of the taxi our 5pc of heavy luggage while 2 bell man where looking from inside. This was the start of a frustrating stay. On the 2nd night the room was not cleaned at 3 pm. After 3 angry phone calls finally the maid showed up at 3 30 pm. A little later someone came to apologize. So you think they learned and this will no happen again. The next day same story so I complained at the reception where I was told the manager on duty will contact me. I am still waiting!!!. If this is the new 5 star standards it's poor. For the rest the rooms are fine. Breakfast is fine except the bread who is from very poor quality.

Immaculate service, more than deserving for a 5/5. One thing to note that was exceptional was the breakfast. They did a fantastic job on the set up with many options to include a cook to make you an omelet. Also, the location is convenient, as many attractions are within walking distance. Also, cabs are plentiful and very reasonably priced if you are not up for the walk. One of the best hotels I have stayed at throughout my travels.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Buenos Aires. Hotel itself is quality with excellent service. The decor is somewhat dated but well kept. Location itself requires Uber/taxi to most tourist attractions, but typically short commute. Would potentially stay here again.

Fine rooms , but the service in the hotel was a disaster … check in took 40 minuttes
