The hotel staff was great and helpful. The overall maintenance of the hotel was very poor. The location was fantastic. Price vs what you get is low. The furniture was old, knobs from the shower were missing. The bed had bumps. Limited or no views from suites terminating in 03.

Loved our double room and 2 bathrooms for 3 people. Love the location, and staff super friendly. Breakfast dull- wouldn’t eat there.

Overall, this premuim boutique property is the best value compared to luxury brands like Sofitel and Hyatt (where I also stayed). The pros: the premium quality has a lux-feel with contemporary decor, terrific location, excellent customer service, nice lobby area, breakfast is downstairs and included, and has a nice, high-quality range of foods. The room was very CLEAN. The bathroom has a bidet and shower, the room was also surprisingly quiet (we faced the street) with excellent blackout curtains. The cons: (I'm being nit-picky)The space is small and tight --but we were out all day--so it didn't matter too much. They are also a little too tight with how many towels they allocate to the room. I didn't ask if I could have more and I'm sure they would have given them if I had asked...
Of all the hotels, based on price for value, I would highly recommend this property above the others where we stayed.

This property needs some urgent upgrades and renovations. Only the showers are up to par. Floors and walls are in bad condition. Internet is only available in certain areas at a very low speed. The hotel crew otherwise is very nice and willing to help.

Quarto mal cuidado, ar condicionado quebrado, toalhas em péssimo estado, academia pequena e úmida, café da manhã sem a devida reposição de itens e chegaram ao absurdo de negar uma segunda chave para acesso ao quarto (ou seja, eu e minha esposa deveríamos ficar grudados durante toda a estadia). Parabéns à Florence pela péssima acolhida! O restante da equipe, principalmente Nicolás, Matias e Jorge bem que tentou ajudar.

Hotel pequeno, precisando de algumas reformas, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. Café da manhã gostoso, frutas frescas e variados sucos. Atendimento cordial. Ponto alto é a localização, no coração da Recoleta. Talvez seria melhor colocá-lo na categoria 4 estrelas.
