很不錯的酒店，服務很好。酒店離市中心非常近，下面就是商業街的主幹道。非常喜歡這裏，下次還會來入住的。

這家Novotel位於尖方碑附近最旺的大街上，早晚都人潮湧湧，附近餐廳遊覽景點也多，這是最大的優點。早餐環境不錯（見台花🌸）。
不過軟件就很一般，首先check in和check out都超慢，永遠衹有一個人在辦公，平均辦一個入住或離開至少十分鐘，其二房間很舊有股舊味道。我的房間有不少小飛蛾，至少七八衹飛來飛去。

Experiência muito decepcionante. Chave nunca funcionou direito. Na última vez, ficou retida, funcionário não conseguiu resolver, mais de 30 minutos para conseguir abrir a porta do quarto. Chaleira elétrica não funcionou. Toalhas velhas,ásperas. Calefação e geral. Vc não pode escolher a temperatura. Tive de abrir a janela, pq estava muito quente. Minha filha ficou em outro quarto e teve de trocar de quarto, roupa de cama menor que os colchões e o chuveiro não tinha água quente.
