1. The equipment outside the window is very noisy, like the air conditioner, which stays on all night. 2. The corridor is not carpeted but has floor tiles. At the same time, the door is not very soundproof, so many times in the middle of the night, people drag boxes and talk outside the door. The sound of other rooms closing doors is very loud, which wakes me up. 3. There was a trash can in the room that was not cleared when checking in.

Hotel is in a prime location. Unfortunately, due to the economic situation, many homeless people around the hotel. Hotel reception staff are not particularly friendly. In addition, it is stupid to have to pay the total amount at check-in, normally this is at check-out. In addition, I find it strange that only water and coffee are offered in the room for a fee. Even the cheapest hotels offer this free of charge. The suite with a view does indeed have a great view, but the room is poorly maintained and I experienced a lot of noise from the rooftop bar/swimming pool. Insulation could be much better and a freshening up wouldn't hurt.
