性價比較高高的酒店，位置很好，入住時與工作人員交流很順暢。唯一不足的就是退房時接待的大堂工作人員（似乎是經理）很傲慢，我們寄存和取行李時他以一種無所謂的冷漠態度對待我們

La habitación no tenía calefacción
Pedimos mantas y me trajeron un trapo todo roto
En el baño solo había una toalla y éramos dos personas
Solo rescato del lugar,el personal,súper amables
Y reserve por tríp,pague con tarjeta de crédito me llego la factura en pesos,15000,como decía en la página y en la tarjeta me vino en dólares
Son unos chantas
Nadie se hace cargo
Me cobraron 15000 pesos y en la tarjeta me vino 130 dólares al oficial

Excelente hotel, los recepcionistas muy amables, el desayuno delicioso, la ubicación perfecta a unos metros de la Av. 9 de julio y del Teatro Colón, el agua de la ducha era facil de regular. El único pequeño punto negativo es que nos dieron la habitación 118 que para ella hay que tomar un ascensor diferente y para llegar a ese ascensor hay que bajar gradas con lo cual llevar unas maletas pesadas se hace complicado sobre todo para subir.

Mike at the front desk recommended 3 tours that we enjoyed very much.
He was very courteous, informative and solicitous of our needs.

Nos alocaram no quarto 114, péssimo, paredes riscadas, sujas e descascadas. Chuveiro quebrado, ar condicionado barulhento e sujo. Pedi para trocarem de quarto, trocaram para o 111, um pouco melhor, mas ruim também, com o ar condicionado barulhento. Tivemos que fazer a transferência da cama de solteiro de um quarto para o outro, sem nenhum funcionário para ajudar. Hotel velho. Os funcionários do café e limpeza são cordiais e simpáticos.

El hotel es muy confortable y está ubicado cerca de calle comercial y de paradas de colectivos que llevan a diferentes zonas de Buenos Aires. La habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia con aire acondicionado. Buena conexión de wi fi. Desayuno buffet muy completo.
