There are no real curtains, only lining curtains that are not completely blackout. The double bed is two single beds pushed together (unthinkable for a four-star hotel). The beds are extremely simple, more like a hostel than a hotel. There is no quilt, only a sheet, and the spare blanket is in the bathroom. It is thin and not as big as the bed. The hot water temperature is unstable. Breakfast was extremely basic and unpalatable. All in all, it's beautiful on the outside but shabby on the outside. All the facilities seem to be the most speculative way to do star rating. This hotel doesn't look like it's meant for people to live in at all. When I checked in, I was told that I had to check out at 10:30. I told the front desk that my flight happens to be in the afternoon. Can I be accommodated until 11:30 or 12:00? And since I checked in early in the morning, I wouldn't be able to stay long. You can clean up other rooms first. Answer, no. When you check in is your business, not ours. When I checked out, I was told that I had to pay $5 for bottled water on the table (water in Argentina generally costs $0.50 in convenience stores, $1 in restaurants, and extra water at the Mendoza Sheraton Hotel costs a little more than $2). I finally got angry and said that most star hotels will provide free bottled water, but you charge so much, not to mention the charges. The front desk said we wrote the price tag. During check-in and check-out, I negotiated with the front desk for a long time on many issues. The hotel did not even offer a polite apology ("I'm sorry because our poor service affected your stay experience"). Instead, it stood on its own side from beginning to end. argue with me. Boa Localização, custo benefício bom ! Mas durante minha estadia estavam fazendo obras até as 22:00 horas algo que não se concebe em Hotéis !

Hôtel pas mal situé, assez proche de la Place de Mai, chambre correcte sans plus, baignoire très glissante, petit-déjeuner vraiment très médiocre, accueil réception plutôt désagréable, piscine payante ! Très très loin des 4 * affichées !
