The apartment was reasonably well appointed and comfortable enough for our stay, it is ample in size and space. There was mould in the bathroom which could be removed easily enough.
The reception and concierge support was great. And without hassle.
The location is good for access to banks, cafes and supermarkets and is central for most activities in Buenos Aires. There are a number of homeless people living adjacent to the apartment building near the large bins, but they did not make problems to the guests.

Entrada fácil já que fiz o checkin antecipado.
Cama confortável, espaço amplo do quarto (pegamos com cozinha).
Cozinha separada, closet, banheiro bom!
Único problema o frigobar não gela, só mantém frio.
Quarto tava com um cheiro forte no primeiro dia, mas dps jogaram alguns produtos e passou.
Vale o custo benefício

Me tocó una habitación del último pido, tipo duplex. Todo la noche hubo un ruido raro como de algún motor que me impidió descansar bien. Las ventanas o se pueden abrir para que circule el aire y se trata de un edificio antiguo. A favor buena ubicación y precio
