The location in Palermo is top, but this is a 3 star hotel at best. Clearly an old hotel that got a bit of new paint and new floor coating, but thats it. Bathroom finish for example very sloppy. People at reception during daytime were open to our demand to change and very friendly, moved our stuff also. Breakfast was good, nothing more, nice location at 7th floor. Be sure to get a room at the back, as the sealing in front of the windows is horrible, the windows seems to be made of plastic, you can wobble them, and they stop no noise at all. We had a terrible first night here, as the traffic is constant all night, music from the pub on the corner, and loud. Second night at back was much better after a change.

Nice hotel in good neighborhood. Comfortable accommodations, rooftop breakfast area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel allowed an extended stay to match our flight schedule. Currency exchange available. Pool available. Good coffee shop and restaurant just down the street. Local vendor marketplace within walking distance.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We loved the neighborhood and the buffet breakfast on the roof terrace. The huge bed was really comfortable. The lobby area could do with some design attention but otherwise a great stay in a great location.

Book for an Argentine friend who lives in Sweden and who came with two of her children. ROCIO's attention is spectacular! She explained to me the options I had to reserve and pay for my friend; It helped me select the best one. The stay was on 10/012024 for two nights. The Swedish people were DELIGHTED. Good service, cleanliness, they arrived at 08:00 and check-in is in the afternoon; Well, they told them to wait a moment, they had the room cleaned and at 9:00 they were comfortably accommodated.

Excellent place, privileged location and extremely pleasant and professional service, breakfast and the visit to the terrace where it is offered is a refreshing start to the day. The new gym service is a great goal for those who like physical activity, extremely convenient parking, although access to the hotel from it is the low point (uncomfortable and dirty) of the entire experience.
