The hotel staff have been extremely helpful. We have stated here twice (with a trip to Iguazú Falls in between), and the happily kept some of our luggage between stays. They were also very helpful in finding restaurants that met our timing needs (and types of food), and museums open during times we were available. Our first room had a view over neighboring buildings to a large green field (probably a school field), which was delightful and very peaceful.

Estadia excelente. Local bom, perto de tudo. Fácil deslocamento. Café da manhã razoável. Serviço de atendimento balção excelente e eficiente. Realmente a resalva foi o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Buen hotel en Palermo, especialmente por su ubicación para quienes van a Buenos Aires tramitar la visa estadounidense. Literalmente a la vuelta del CAS y a pocos minutos caminando del consulado de EEUU. La habitación es muy amplia, confortable y limpia. Un punto a mejorar sería el desayuno, porque creo que podría ofrecer opciones de quesos y fiambres, pero igual es correcto.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização e da para fazer tudo andando, mas tem muitos pontos a melhorar. Durante a nossa hospedagem o wi-fi não funcionou nenhum dia no quarto, para termos conexão era necessário ficar no lobby da recepção, o colchão é extremamente mole e o Café da manhã não vale a pena.

Sólo destacar la comodidad de la habitación, las camas y la limpieza. El desayuno malo, puras harinas, el café muy feo, la atención de quienes estaban en el horario del desayuno reponiendo insumos de muy mal humor, ni saludaban, con cero orientación de servicio al cliente. La persona que estaba en la recepción hacía lo justo y necesario, sin ganas de atender nuestras consultas o dudas, muy mal servicio de los empleados. Cambió al día siguiente cuando se presentó otra persona, seguramente el dueño o encargado que era muy atento. No volvería, por ese precio pago calidad de servicio y acá no lo tienen. Una pena, porque está en un punto excelente.
