When I arrived at the hotel, it was closed. There was an poster which said you needed to go to another hotel where it would take 25mins on foot from the original location. Nobody sent me anything in advance.

This hotel does not exist. When we arrived the place was boarded up and there was a paper indicating to go to another hotel about 6 blocks away. There we had to wait quite a while until we were given a room to stay.

El.hotel estaba todo tapiado y cerrado habia pegada una hoja toda mojada que apenas se.leia que quienes tenian reserva debian dirigirse a una direccion que quedaba como.a.15 cuadras del.lugar
Cuando llegamos.al.otro.hotel la noche salio como 3000.pesos.mas. la.habitacion que nps dieron era super.pequeña y con muchisimo olor a humedad. Lo único rescatable fue el.desayuno

El hotel esta cerrado hace meses, e igualmente continuan haciendo reservas por paginas como Booking y COBRAN IGUAL. Al reservar por bookin ellos nos enviaron un mensaje privado (lo cual no esta permitido) pidiendo disculpas que nos cambiaban de hotel. Al llegar al nuevo hotel este no había tomado nuestra reserva, no había lugar disponible y no teníamos donde dormir. NO RESERVEN EN ESTE HOTEL, NO EXISTE, ES UNA ESTAFA
