Pessimo fiz a reserva para meu pai e minha mãe e os recepcionistas enrolaram eles até eu ligar para lá , colocaram eles no quarto dos fundos de menos de 14 m2 aonde na reserva o quarto era 29m2 e cama queen size . Liguei metendo a boca pessimo .

Eu esperava um hotel melhor... Boas instalações , porém antigas (especialmente no quarto). Contudo, o atendimento é excelente e cortez. O café da manhã é bom, porém todos os dias a mesma coisa. Não há uma variação no cardápio. No quarto dia... Eu já estava sem motivação para comer. Tudo bem, está na média.

Excelente hotel, cerca de todo, limpio, tranquilo, camas deliciosas, el personal muy amable… Lo único que pienso que debería mejorar; que no todos los días pongan el mismo desayuno. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca, así como también estaciones de metro y muchos lugares turísticos

Excelente servicio, tanto de desayuno como de instalaciones, pero sobretodo la excelente atención de la Srta. Lucía Aldaz, counter que nos atendió a las mil maravillas, con un adespramiento, consultas y recomendaciones para pasarla de lo mejor en Buenos Aires

Hotel limpo, cafe da manhã com variedade porém todos os dias é a mesma coisa, sucos do cafe da manhã bem ruins pro meu paladar. Quarto ok, limpeza ok, funcionarios super solicitos. O que deixa a desejar é o elevador, super pequeno e velho, não tem sensor de segurança, ele fecha em cima da gente e as vezes machuca estava com um bebe e fiquei com braço roxo pois o elevador fechou quando estava entrando e nao voltou eu com um bebe no colo tive q sair rapidamente o que me deixou com braço com ematomas. O elevador é minusculo e só tem um funcionando, deveria pelo menos ter sensor de presença para não machucar mais ninguém. Fora isso recomendo e me hospedaria novamente, localização ótima.

Bien. Dista mucho de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas.- Es un viejo hotel de 3 estrellas remodelado y/o maquillado. Cama matrimonial de 1,40 m por 1,90 m que es pequeño para los estándares de un 4 estrellas.- Estuve en una habitación que da a la calle (303) y aunque tiene cortina, el black out dista mucho de serlo.- Es solo una tela de color marrón que molesta mucho cuando sale el sol, pues es muy traslucida.- Baño pequeño y lavatorio mas pequeño aún.- No te podés lavar la cara ni cepillarte los dientes sin darte con la cabeza contra la pared.- Carece de bidet.- Buena la bañera y el volumen de agua.- Buena recepción, muy buena atención de su personal y notablemente bueno el desayuno.- No se si volvería y eso que uso bastante la cadena Rochester.-

Estadia boa, banheiro com estrutura mais velha, mas acredito que seja no geral da região pois já me hospedei em outros similares. Cafe da manhã completo, cama confortável, serviço de quarto e recepção muito prestativos. Tive um problema com o chuveiro e fui rapidamente atendida. o hotel não conta mais com academia porém disponibilizam voucher para treinar em uma rede bem grande praticamente ao lado do hotel. Recomendo

Me tocó una habitación sucia, totalmente descuidada, los pasillos huelen bastante desagradable. Me parece un hotel de 1 Estrella. Lo rescatable puede ser el desayuno que no es tan malo comparado con la calidad de la habitación. Por lo anterior, tuve que buscar cambio de hotel.
