I made a terrible reservation for my father and mother and the receptionists dragged them until I called them, they put them in the back room of less than 14 m2 where in the reservation the room was 29 m2 and a queen size bed. I called with a terrible mouth.

Clean hotel, breakfast with variety but every day it's the same thing, breakfast juices are really bad for my taste. Room ok, cleaning ok, staff super helpful. What leaves something to be desired is the elevator, super small and old, it doesn't have a safety sensor, it closes on us and sometimes it hurts, I was with a baby and I had blue arms because the elevator closed when I was getting in and I didn't come back With a baby on my lap I had to leave quickly, which left me with bruises on my arm. The elevator is tiny and there is only one working, it should at least have a presence sensor so as not to hurt anyone else. Other than that, I recommend it and would stay again, great location.

Good. It is far from being a 4-star hotel.- It is an old 3-star hotel remodeled and/or made up. Double bed measuring 1.40 m by 1.90 m, which is small by 4-star standards.- I was in a room facing the street (303) and although it has a curtain, the black out is far from it.- It's just a brown fabric that is very annoying when the sun comes out, because it is very translucent.- Small bathroom and even smaller sink.- You can't wash your face or brush your teeth without hitting your head against the wall.- It lacks a bidet.- Good bathtub and water volume.- Good reception, very good attention from the staff and remarkably good breakfast.- I don't know if I would return and I use the Rochester chain quite a bit.-

I had a dirty room, totally neglected, the hallways smell quite unpleasant. It seems like a 1 star hotel to me. The redeeming feature may be the breakfast, which is not so bad compared to the quality of the room. Due to the above, I had to look for a change of hotel.

I didn't need a Brazilian plug adapter in the hotel room socket. My charger socket and straightener have 2 round Brazilian pins, I thought I would need an adapter in Argentina for their standard, but at least in the hotel room there was an input to the socket that works for us Brazilians. The bed is very comfortable. The cleanliness is great, my room was clean and tidy during the 3 days I stayed there. I stayed alone in a Standard Matrimonial room with coffee included. I think this room was good for being alone, as a couple it might be a little cramped. The bathroom is good with bidet, shower and bathtub. The breakfast is good too, there is fruit, fresh juices, cereal, and an omelet preparation table. But the hotel's highlight is its location. Close to the Obelisk, close to several shops and with lots of public transport nearby. There is a Subte (subway) station right in front. There are also several Western Unions nearby. Tip: to buy a pre-paid chip, there is a little shop literally across the street from the hotel with a lady who helps you register the chip with your passport. They also sell plug adapters there.

It is a hotel that will only serve you to sleep because it is quite old with somewhat deteriorated facilities. The rooms are small and somewhat uncomfortable, as are the bathrooms.
