1 I went to the hotel front desk and started to book this hotel. After booking, they said that they received the order by email, but they could not check me in. I had to wait for 20 minutes because they had to wait for the reservation to be available on the system.
2 The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. Even if I took out the power card and turned off the power in the whole room, the room was still very noisy. Located in the city center, you can reach major tourist attractions on foot. The rooms and bathrooms are also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a variety of breads and desserts provided.

DON’T STAY HERE! I reserved two nights here and it ruined my holiday. You can not go outside, it is dangerous and a lot of homeless people around. Room smells bad, it has humidity, no amenities( no slippers, no coffee, no kettle) and if you are a foreigner you will be poorly treated, staff will laugh at you and talk behind your back at your presence. Do not waste your money.

The room was nice, but there was no kettle for boiling water, and drinking water was not provided. There was water in the refrigerator with no price tag. I drank water because I needed to take medicine, and I was charged an extra fee. Fortunately, it was not much.
