Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires

The Park Hyatt is probably the best location in Buenos Aries. I passed by all the other high end hotels (Four Seasons, SOFITEL, etc), and still consider this the best location. The first thing is you may never want to even leave the hotel. Its AMAZING! The food, the spa, the service, the view....it's all 5 star. It is within walking distance to coffee shops, amazing restaurants (like FERVOR), boutique shopping as well as the shopping mall. TIP: bring your swimsuit to enjoy the heated indoor pool, no matter the weather outside!

Throughout our recent visit, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service delivered by the staff at the conveniently located hotel. From the moment we checked in to the time we left, we experienced a sincere sense of hospitality and attentive care. The hotel deftly resolved an unexpected transportation issue and made certain that we reached the airport on time. Their prompt and efficient handling of this unexpected request was truly exceptional and immensely valued. Thank you to the exceptional staff at Palacio Dahu foran amazing visit.

The service was top notch. As a Globalist I was upgraded from King Deluxe to Park Suite in the Towers. Upon entering, I was greeted with complimentary bottle of wine and macaroons. The spa, gym, indoor pool and art gallery are second to none. The food was absolutely amazing! (Do not miss the breakfast buffet - which as a Globalist you get at no cost). The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Definitely a gem in the city and will definitely be back.

This property is truly one of a kind. It elegantly incorporates the history of former private estate with a modern hotel and an art gallery. Its location is perfectly central to BA yet it feels like a private and luxurious oasis once you enter the gates. The staff is world class, anticipating the needs of their guests and even learning their names. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting BA.
