Die Lage ist perfekt zur Fähre, dem Bahnhof Retiro, der Fußgängerzone und zum modernen Hafenviertel.
Die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt, das Zimmer riesengroß.
Frühstück eher dürftig, Personal an der Rezeption hilfsbereit.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y ofrece un desayuno adecuado.
Las instalaciones son viejas, las camas no son buenas y las almohadas enormes, muy altas y rigidas, lastiman el cuello. En la habitación no hay cafetera, ni calentador de agua. Las fotos se ven mucho mejor de lo que es. La vista es a las azoteas de otros edificios. Un dia hicieron la limpieza a medias y no dejaron toallas, al siguiente dia cuando regresamos al hotel, no habian hecho la habitación aún, lo reportamos y enviaron a alguien.
Soy cliente VIP y no me ofrecieron las bebidas complementarias, ni tampoco upgrade.
Me pareció algo caro.

Pulito; stanze ampie; bagno non straordinario ma buono dotato comunque dei comfort; posizione centrale a 5-10 minuti massimo dalla casa rosada; gentilezza al desk e colazione ottima e abbondante. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Nella hall anche delle postazioni pc gratuite.
