Íbamos estar 10 días en Argentina y al final la experiencia en este sitio fue tan mala que hemos decidido irnos, nos han puesto en unas habitaciones en muy mal estado, una de ellas con moho y la otra con el baño todo oxidado. Fuimos hablar con la manager sobre las habitaciones. No nos han facilitado un cambio y menos da devolución de las noches que no íbamos a quedar diciendo que era su política. Teníamos reserva estándar y aún así. Según ella no era posible. Y nos habló con un sonrisa de muy mal rollo. Como me da igual lo que pensáis. Enfin. No somos obligados a estar en un sitio en tan malas condiciones. No recomiendo este sitio para nada. Está todo deteriorado, desde del Suelo de la entrada hasta las habitaciones. Eso no se puede considerar Un hotel.

Rude staff, missing basic services, outdated furniture, terrible breakfast, overexpensive for the neighborhood. The only good point was that the room was quite large.

Equipo recepción 10/10, dispuestos a ayudarte en todo, los guías asociados también, camas lo suficiente para aloj**** tranquilo, solo sufrimos el robo de la toalla de ducha que colgaba para sec****. Tip: Las actividades te obligan a estar a las 19:00 horas en el hostal, organízate bien si quieres conocer gente de ahí, es difícil estar a esa hora.

Excelente hotel. Muy buen servicio. La habitación súper cómoda y limpia con todas las comodidades. El balcón que tiene la habitación es perfecto para apreciar este hermoso barrio de Palermo. La ubicación es excelente ya que está muy cerca de todo. Y como excelente complemento el servicio del personal de Recepción es eficiente y muy amable. Me ayudaron con todo. Totalmente recomendado.

De los hostels Selina en los que he tenido oportunidad de hospedarme, me parece de los mejores. Sus habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con buenas actividades para conocer a la comunidad.

Highly recommend staying at the Selina Palermo when visiting Buenos Aires!! The Palermo Soho area is such a great place to stay to experience BA and be around so many shops, restaurants, bars, and parks within walking distance. The Selina Palermo is like a hostel but still has private rooms, so even though we got our privacy we still had the benefit of being in a place with a downstairs bar, meeting other travelers, enjoying the DJ sets. We were able to rent bikes from Selina to explore the city. All the workers were so friendly - really just an awesome vibe!

La camera per 3 persone (coppia con un figlio) presentava 4 letti in fila come in una camerata di collegio. Non ho mai visto una camera di hotel senza televisione. Essendo arrivati a mezzogiorno abbiamo chiesto se era libera una camera e senza nemmeno controllare ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare un extra per early check-in; per la partenza stessa cosa, un late checkout avrebbe costato 50% della tariffa giornaliera. L’impressione è stata quella che ci volevano “mungere” e questo mi da moltissimo fastidio.
