The place is very nice and super central. The staff are super good people and everyone is super friendly, they helped me at all times and made me feel at home 🏡. The truth is that you have a super nice experience, plus you meet people from all over ❤️

Our room was basic but clean with table and chair. No hairdryer, tissues or glasses. Four choices for included breakfast which was ok. Best thing about hotel was Pablo on the front desk who welcomed us enthusiastically, was really helpful. Shops and restaurants 4 blocks west.

Very modern hostel and good facilities for digital nomads. Prices are set accordingly, too. Some staff were great (night reception for my check-in, people at the bar), but some others I felt like I was disturbing them by saying hello while they spoke with other co-workers... Sometimes, the bathroom was a bit untidy, as the water was coming out of the shower.

We were going to spend 10 days in Argentina and in the end the experience in this place was so bad that we decided to leave, they put us in rooms in very bad condition, one of them with mold and the other with the bathroom all rusty. We went to talk to the manager about the rooms. They have not provided us with an exchange and even less have given us a refund for the nights that we were not going to stay, saying that it was their policy. We had a standard reservation and still. According to her it was not possible. And he spoke to us with a very bad smile. Since I don't care what you think. Anyway. We are not forced to be in a place in such bad conditions. I do not recommend this site at all. Everything is deteriorated, from the entrance floor to the rooms. That cannot be considered a hotel.

Reception team 10/10, willing to help you with everything, the associate guides too, enough beds for quiet accommodation, we only suffered the theft of the shower towel that was hanging to dry. Excellent hotel. Very good service. The room was super comfortable and clean with all the amenities. The balcony that the room has is perfect to appreciate this beautiful neighborhood of Palermo.
