Excelente!! Servicio e instalaciones de lujo. La comida de primer nivel. Personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Habitaciones muy cómodas y modernas. Rojo Tango mejor show de tango de Buenos Aires. A pasos de Puerto Madero y Puente de la Mujer. Lo recomiendo!!

The experience was top notch from the very start. My room wasn’t ready, so I was offered a complimentary foot massage in the spa. This really set the tone for the entire stay. The room was beautiful and the service was above & beyond! I would recommend to everyone!

We stayed at the Faena on our last 2 nights of a tour around South America. We had a Park view room which was ok apart from the bathroom, it was badly designed to start with, the shower had only the overhead rain head, no hand held. The shower door scraped on the floor and opened onto the robe hook so that you had to remove the robe to get out. There was mould on the joins and the basin area was very small. On our last afternoon on returning from a city tour and hoping to spend the last few hours of our holiday, we discovered there was an event with at least a couple of hundred people around the pool and in the pool bar. Although we were told we could use the pool, it was impossible, not only was there no space, we would have felt very uncomfortable. I wish we had stayed in Palermo district. There are some really nice boutique hotels and the area is much nicer for a tourist

O Faena é incrível. Um hotel diferente, com design, com personalidade. Boa gastronomia, localização e atendimento impecável. Menção especial para Ailin de vendas, Sol, Cindy e Evelin de eventos. Organizei um grupo com hospedagem e evento para 60 pessoas e tudo saiu perfeito!

Playful design with sexy look. The Argentinan restaurant blew us away, my husband said this was possibly the best steak he ever had. The smart TV was smarter than us and we couldn’t make it work

I had roaches in my room. The overall state of the room was nowhere near the level of a 5 star hotel. I thoroughly recommend you do not stay here and stay at the Alevear Palace instead, which for the same price will give you a true 5 star experience

Un hotel de lujo q pretende alojar gente de negocios, no es posible q notifique con adelanto el retraso en la llegada para q modifiquen la reserva, y le respondan q las noches no utilizadas deben abon****. Obvio q este hotel jamás lo recomendaré y entiendo porque el Alvear Palace estaba lleno y este no.

Fuimos al hotel para pasar un finde y supero ampliamente nuestras expectativas. El hotel tiene una onda y una ambientación única. La habitación hermosa, super cómoda y muy acogedora. Pudimos ir al sector de spa y pileta, que estaba muy bien atendido y pudimos relajar como esperábamos, los tragos un mil!!!. La cena estuvo riquísima y la atención impecable. Todo el personal fue muy amable, cordial y atento con nosotros y nos hicieron sentir de 10. Nos encanto pasar el finde así, seguramente repetiremos y recomendaremos.
