Muy malo el mecanismo de reservas, teníamos todo pago y cuando llegamos desconocieron la reserva y el pago. El recepcionista nos trató muy mal, no estaba capacitado, se lo veía desbordado y no sabía desenvolverse. Y luego directamente nos ignoraba. Pasamos 3 días perdiendo tiempo llamando, presentando resúmenes de tarjeta de crédito y las facturas y solo al retirarnos nos pidieron disculpas por el error administrativo. El lugar es hermoso pero la pasamos mal.

Es un mono ambiente sumamente cómodo y confortable, ubicada en una zona maravillosa, muy buena atención. Se mantiene una excelente limpieza, todo lo prometido en la página es tal cual. Es una zona muy concurrida y por más que así sea se descansa sumamente bien

Property is fine. Some dishes not clean.
Air Conditioned noisy and not working properly.
So we decided to left on the 2nd day of 5.
They said they apologize and their manager Will contact me for reinbursements.
We never heard from CH Recoleta Suites again.
Worse experience, better skip it!

Don’t stay there picture don’t reflect reality is old furniture not well kept. Elevator sometimes don’t work. Terrible customer service. I want a refund! I left the place after 2 nights

No TV in living room, no oven mitts, slider did not lock, no toilet paper. only two towels, no sheets for pull out sofa, bug in bed, sleeper sofa pull out was broke. And we couldn't even get a late check out. Otherwise, it was perfect! :) Sorry no referrals from this customer. Just a good location.

Péssima experiência. Saímos de lá sem sequer entrarmos. Chegamos e o recepcionista nos levou a um quarto que já estava ocupado, abriu a porta com os hospedes na sala. Ficou sem saber o que fazer, nos deixou esperando no hall de serviços até voltar com outra chave. Perdemos a confiança sobre a segurança do local e fomos procurar outro hotel, isso com 2 crianças e em um dia de cidade cheia, ou seja, sem vagas. Não indico esse lugar a ninguém!

En 3 días nos pusieron 2 toallas. Éramos 4 desayuno mediocre. Ubicacion buena. Personal amable. El teléfono para lllamat a recepción no funcionaba Cocina mesa utensilios muy bien. Podes cocinar no sé si te limpian. A nosotros nunca nos hicieron la habitación
