The location was fabulous in Palermo. It is walking distance to great restaurants/shops/bars. I felt very safe as a solo traveller. The staff on reception were great. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed and a separate seating area. The bathroom was big although I felt like it could have been cleaner. The biggest negative for me was that I really wanted cooking facilities, and whilst it looked like it had a kitchen, it wasn't very practical. There was a good sized fridge and a sink, along with a kettle, toaster and microwave. But there was no hob, and no suitable container/bowl to use in the microwave.

It was a decent hotel - feels like a converted apartment. Very very good location - near lots of bars and restaurants. Not a luxury - some minor things werent perfect or needed assistance to resolve - but overall a good experience. Helpful front desk staff.

Superbe chambre familiale avec terrasse en plein cœur de BUENOS Aires. Le personnel est adorable et pleins de bons conseils. Une bonne adresse sans hésiter pour un séjour au top en argentine, nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour une nuit ou plusieurs nuits.

Una decepción. Malísimo el hotel, nada parecido a las fotos. Los baños llenos de hongos (se ve en las fotos), nos entregaron la pieza sin las sábanas, a las 11:50 on recién las entregaron. Al día siguiente aléganos y la respuesta fue “se hubieran ido a otro lado”. Cero recomendado, caro y malo. El wifi no funciona

1- llegamos a las 17 hrs. Nos entregaron la habitación y les faltaban sábanas a alguna de las camas ( eran 3) no tenían plumón que llegó a las 12:55 de la noche después de muchos reclamos, las sábanas faltantes llegaron a las 12:30 de la noche, después tuvimos que hacer nosotros las camas. Los baños con hongos, limpieza deficiente y wifi era malísimo. Finalmente tuvimos que pedir que nos reembolsaran el dinero y que no nos cobraran la noche pero la respuesta fue que habíamos dormido y por tanto se cobraba. LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA y no es algo fortuito, había mucha gente reclamando

I stayed at soho point central for 3 days. Loved staying here it was so central and convenient. The rooms were comfortable spacious apartments, clean with all the amenities. Felt like I was staying in a local residence. The absolute best thing here were the staff so friendly and helpful made my stay so much better. Especially facundo, lily and flor. Will definitely come back here.

Fiz uma reserva pelo Hotéis.com que me garantia cancelamento gratuito até certo dia. Precisei cancelar. Realizei o cancelamento dentro do prazo informado. ********** realizou o cancelamento e me mandou um recibo dizendo que em 15 dias o valor estaria em minha conta. Contudo, o SOHO POINT HOTEL SE NEGA A FAZER O REEMBOLSO, já fazem 2 meses. Valor de RS 2.000,00 na mão dos "desentendidos". O que está me causando grande dor de cabeça por todo esse período.
