The Hotel is very well located. The service is very good, but it needs some repairs and greater maintenance in its physical structure.
The wi fi is very bad. Overall it meets the guest's needs.

Estivemos hospedados em novembro 2023,foi uma das nossas melhores escolha, hotel muito bem localizado fizemos varios passeios a pé ,fomos ate puerto madeiro andando. tem supermercado ,farmacia ,bares proximo.
os funcionarios do hotel desde a recepção,limpeza (toda vez que vão saber se esta precisando de algo deixam um mimo (mini chocolates amei),restaurante,seguranças, muito simpatico e atenciosos em especial um senhor que trabalhou lá anos e ja esta aposentado mais estava cobrindo folga ele foi excepcional. café da manhã com uma variedade incrivel. voltando a Buenos Aires com certeza ficaremos lá

Atendimento na recepção excelente. Funcionários educados com exceção da funcionária Celeste, que trabalha no café da manhã.
Meu filho estava chorando perto da mesa do buffet e minha esposa estava acalmando e sem qualquer empatia essa funcionária ficou pedindo licença, sendo que só era ela dar volta.
E no dia seguinte, sentamos em uma mesa longe do buffet e logo em seguida foi liberada uma mesa próxima ao buffet, razão pela qual mudamos de mesa. Pedimos talheres e a funcionária perguntou o porquê da mudança da mesa (acho que não tinha necessidade de explicar, afinal qualquer hóspede pode sentar em qualquer mesa vaga).
Mesmo assim, explicamos e pedimos talheres, ela simplesmente não falou nada e se virou e saiu.
Ficamos sem saber se trazer os talheres ou não. Tive que pagar em outra mesa, se fosse esperar, estaria até hoje.
Infelizmente, um atendimento que destoou negativamente dos demais funcionários.
